mean-01   (AMR annotation guidance)

mean-01 is used when the meaning of a term or phrase is explained to the user, even if the word mean is not explicitly mentioned in the text. Such an explanation can be in the form of a definition. Another example is when a legalese term or sentence is then explained in plain English. The added meaning does not strictly add information to the sentence.

Example:  "He replied to her with a flame (a hostile and insulting email)."
