Interjections and fillers are not annotated unless they add meaning to the sentence.

Example:  I uh don't remember.
     (r / remember-01 :polarity -
           :ARG0 (i / i))

Example:  No, I don't kn​ow .
     (k / know-01 :polarity -
           :ARG0 (i / i))

Example:  No .
     (n / no)

Example:  Goodbye !
     (g / goodbye)
